CRM Integration

The CRUSH Update Online Platform service delivers three (3) integration points with CRM systems. 

1. CRUSH API - The CRUSH Platform integrates directly with salesforce.com and Oracle CRM OnDemand. Simply link from your CRM system directly into the CRUSH Platform API in order to find the exact CRUSH Report you're searching for.
2. CRUSH Contact File - Import the CRUSH Contact File (.CSV) containing the contact info from all of the CRUSH Reports. The CRUSH Contact File easily imports into CRM systems and all contacts are generally tagged as a CRUSH Report source for future analytical reporting purposes.
3. CRUSH Alerts - Daily CRUSH Alert trigger events are easily dropped into CRM systems as a "Sales Lead" sourced from CRUSH Alerts. SalesQuest delivers an HTML version or a text version for wireless users (e.g. BlackBerry, iPhone).
